A Technical Sales Engineer from the Autoflame Service & Support team will carry out a survey of the boiler plant.
From information such as the number of assets onsite and the time taken to complete the service, a service contract proposal will be presented to the client.
We recommend two service visits from our team per year to keep your equipment performing at its best, with an annual gas safety certificate and engineer report presented upon completion.
Assets on-site will undergo a health check and recommendations will be provided where necessary for further works or efficiency upgrades.
Autoflame Service & Support maintain plant rooms with regular servicing and planned preventative maintenance, ensuring system integrity and efficiencies are maintained.

Site Audit
Upon receiving an enquiry, an initial site meeting and introduction is carried out to understand the requirements of the site.
Installation of Mk8 DTI & Service Visit
Autoflame attend site to complete a site survey and confirm all relevant assets on site to be added to the service contract proposal.
Continuous Monitoring & Monthly Reports
Our team completes and presents to a client a service contract proposal based on the number of assets on-site and the time taken to complete the service.
We recommend two service visits a year with an annual gas safety certificate presented to the customer upon completion.
Quality of service can be enhanced via the installation of an Autoflame Mk8 DTI Control Panel to allow for remote monitoring capabilities and reporting.
